Our Commitment

SO/ELIZABETH is committed to ensuring that this website is accessible to all users, regardless of ability or the technology they use. We believe good design should be inclusive by default, and we continually work to improve the experience for everyone.

Conformance Status

This website partially conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Partially conformant means that some content does not yet fully meet the guidelines. We are actively working to address known gaps.

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following areas that are currently being improved:

• The 3D animated carousel in the hero section relies on mouse interaction and may not be fully keyboard-navigable
• Video content does not currently include captions or audio descriptions
• The custom cursor is decorative and does not affect screen reader use

We are working to address these limitations in future updates.
